Ven. Chair Prof. Kanangamuwe Rahula is a Professor in Sinhala Language, attached to the Department of Languages, Bhiksu University of Sri Lanka. He obtained his B.A. (Hons.) Degree from the University of Peradeniya in 1996, M.Phil Degree from Buddhist and Pali University in 2006 and Ph.D from Sichuan University China in 2011. He is currently the Dean of Faculty of Languages and Cultural Studies.
